On Friday 15th November and after a successful Flight Readiness Review the Sentinel-1C Spacecraft was fuelled with 154 kg of propellant, enough to last for its entire lifetime. Sentinel-1C is now ready to start the “combined operation phase” which is carried out together with the teams from Arianespace and Avio. The next steps are to mate the Spacecraft with the launcher adapter and encapsulate them within the Vega-C rocket fairing in preparation for launch, which is still on schedule for the 3rd December.
