After working up an appetite from the morning hike the team went to a restaurant in Montjoly recommended by Francois with a reputation for the best Shrimps in the whole of French Guiana. The Restaurant L’Oasis did not disappoint both the Shrimps offered in varying level of hot sauce and the views were amazing! The T-Punch aperitif was also excellent!
